About Visitor Registration

• For smooth reception on the day of the event, we kindly request advance Visitor Registration. Please be sure to print out and bring your "Admission Pass", issued upon registration, on the day of your visit.
• If you forget your Admission Pass, we will verify your registered information at the registration desk. If your registration cannot be confirmed, you will be asked to re-register.
• For those accompanied by helpers or assistants for support, such as caregivers, registration for accompanying persons is not necessary. At the entrance gate, please collect an "Accompanying Support" pass and proceed to enter.

Other Information for Visitors

• "Wheelchair Rental Corner" will be located near the entrances of East Halls 2 and 3. When using this service, please present an identification card such as a driver's license, student ID, or disability certificate. Please note that the number of rental wheelchairs is limited and we appreciate your understanding if demand exceeds availability.
• During the exhibition, organizers, media representatives, and publishing organizations will take photographs and videos of the event venue for documentation and publicity purposes. We appreciate your understanding.
• Throughout the event period, a nurse will be stationed at the venue. However, in case of illness, organizers will provide basic first aid only. Please take adequate care of your health before visiting.
• Sign language interpreters and guide helpers are available at Information. Additionally, selected seminars will feature sign language interpretation, and simultaneous interpretation will be provided at the international symposium.
• The operation of H.C.R. prioritizes the safety of visitors. If behavior threatens the safety of others or disrupts the event, the organizers reserve the right to ask to leave if necessary.
• Distribution of leaflets and sales or solicitation activities within the exhibition venue are strictly prohibited.
