Seminar Contents
The use of technology that is around many people, such as smartphones, computers, and Internet services, can make a big difference in the lives of people with disabilities and the elderly.
For example, people who cannot read printed materials can read e-books with ease by adjusting the legibility and using the read-aloud function. People who have communication difficulties because they cannot use their voice can enjoy chatting on their smartphones, and with the addition of an application, they can even have voice conversations. These ICT devices around us are expanding the possibilities of activities and support for people with various difficulties.
In this seminar, information and electronic devices such as smartphones and PCs that everyone utilizes on a daily basis, as well as products using generative AI that have been attracting attention in recent years, and topics such as e-sports will be introduced along with ideas and innovations that can be utilized in the lives of people with disabilities and the elderly.
*A familiar ICT and related products useful for welfare will also be exhibited at the same seminar venue (10:30-16:00 on the 2nd and 3rd, 11:00-13:30 on the 4th).
