The potential of the hypersonic effect
It has been scientifically proven that activating the brain's core functions with sounds rich in high-frequency components that are inaudible to the human ear (hypersonic effect) has positive effects on the mind and body, such as promoting health, healing, relaxation, and forming positive impressions.
On the other hand, in welfare facilities, which are closely related to physical and mental health, we believe that consideration for the sound environment is not always sufficient from the perspective of “implementing scientifically based environmental sounds.”
We will exhibit a hyper-sonic environment (private room) throughout the exhibition period.
We hope that visitors will experience firsthand the effects of hyper-sonic sound and consider how it can be used to improve the acoustic environment of welfare facilities.
