Considering the sustainability of the nursing-care insurance system towards 2040
It has been 25 years since the introduction of nursing-care insurance in Japan and 30 years since Germany introduced nursing-care insurance.
With both countries facing aging populations, issues related to nursing-care and medical treatment for the elderly are becoming increasingly important. In particular, expanding welfare, nursing-care, and medical services to support independent living and healthy longevity for the elderly is also an issue, and securing the necessary human resources and financial resources for this purpose is essential.
At this symposium, we will learn about the current situation and challenges in Germany, which introduced a nursing-care insurance system ahead of Japan, and consider measures to address the 2040 problem that Japan will face in the future.
Participation fee: 1,000 yen / Advance registration required
