As the number of older adults requiring high levels of care and individuals with dementia continues to rise, this course aims to deepen understanding of legal liabilities and appropriate post-accident procedures when incidents occur. It focuses on the most common accidents in care facilities—falls, trips, aspiration, and choking—offering practical key points for accident prevention.
