   (1) The link should be set to the top page of the HWIA website. Direct links to other parts are not permitted.
   (2) When setting a link, clearly indicate that it is a link to the "Health and Welfare Information Association website."

3. Even after setting a link, if HWIA determines that it falls under (1) or (2) above, you must promptly comply with any request to remove the link.
4. If HWIA incurs damages due to a link from the linking site, HWIA may claim damages or other compensation from the administrator of the linking site.
