Q1. How do I enter H.C.R.?
Please pre-register for admission via the web at the H.C.R. Web Exhibition special site below.

*Registration for H.C.R. 2024 will begin on September 2
Print and bring your registered "pass" and you will have a smooth entry with no queues.
Q2. Do I have to pre-register to enter the exhibition?
You can also register at the venue on the day of your visit.
A “Registration Desk” will be set up at the Tokyo Big Sight venue, where you can enter the venue after filling out an “Admission Registration Form”.
Please note, however, that it may take some time depending on how crowded the venue is.
We recommend that you register in advance and bring your admission pass with you if possible.
Q3. Do you have parking?
Visitors can use the paid parking lot managed by Tokyo Big Sight.
When you arrive by car, please follow the directions of the on-site security guards to enter the parking lot.

Q4. Can I book a parking space?
You cannot book a parking lot.
Please check the Tokyo Big Sight website for Parking lot availability information before coming.

About Venue Facilities
Q1. Are there resting areas?
Yes.
The venue has a “Selp Cafe” selling snacks, and kitchen cars and lounges have been placed at various locations.
In addition, there are benches for resting near the pillars in the venue, around the information desk, and at various locations on the first floor of the Galleria.
Q4. Can I send my luggage from the venue by courier?
Yes, but only for domestic.
H.C.R. has installed a courier corner at the venue in addition to the permanent courier corner at Tokyo Big Sight.
This corner will also be used by the organizer and each exhibitor. Please note in advance that this area may be crowded.
Q3. Are there coin lockers available?
Yes.
In addition to coin lockers, Tokyo Big Sight offers weekly lockers and one-day baggage storage services.

Q2. Do you have wheelchairs for rent?
Wheelchairs can be borrowed either by Tokyo Big Sight or by the H.C.R. organizer.
For wheelchair rental by Tokyo Big Sight, please contact General Information (Entrance Hall, 2F, Conference Tower).
Wheelchairs are available at the “Wheelchair Rental Corner” operated by the H.C.R. organizer. The number of wheelchairs is limited and can be rented for up to two hours at a time.
For details, please come to the reception desk, which will be located in front of East Hall 3.

About coverage
Q1. I would like to cover the exhibition.
A "Press Reception" is available at the Information Desk in the venue. Please come directly to the venue and complete the necessary procedures.
However, for TV/radio coverage, please contact the H.C.R. organizer's office in advance so we can secure a route for the coverage. (info@hcrjapan.org)
Please note that H.C.R. has established points of caution and prohibitions based on history and the opinions of exhibitors and related organizations and institutions.
Please be sure to check them before covering the event and please be considerate in your coverage.

Q2. I would like to apply for an interview with an exhibitor
Please apply directly to the exhibitors based on the exhibitor information posted on this website and news releases issued by each company.
Please negotiate directly with the exhibitors regarding the availability of photographs of exhibited products.
Q3. Can I shoot inside the venue?
In principle, photography is prohibited inside the venue, except in some areas.
Press are allowed to take photos as long as they complete the “Press Reception” located at the Information Desk and wear the “Press” and armband provided by the organizer.
Please be considerate of the privacy of visitors and refrain strictly from taking photographs without their consent.
