Visitor registration is now open for H.C.R.2024 (In-Person Exhibition) and
H.C.R. Web2024 (Web-Based Exhibition)!

Notes upon Registration

If you plan to visit the In-Person Exhibition with 10 or more people, please register at "Group Registration" here.

  • One representative from your group should complete the registration.
  • However, if you are accessing the Web-Based Exhibition, each individual must register separately. For groups of 9 or fewer, please register individually via the Individual Registration page.

Visitor Registration Process

Registration

Proceed from "Visitor Registration" to "Group Registration" below, and enter the required details. Upon completion, a registration confirmation email will be sent to the representative's email address provided during registration.

Printing

  • Fill in the required details on the "Group Reception Form (Excel)" attached to the registration confirmation email, and print it out. Please bring it with you to the Group Reception on the day.
※Due to security settings on your domain, attached files may be deleted. If this happens, please contact the H.C.R. Organizer's Office below.

Entry

  • Present the "Group Reception Form" at the Group Reception. We will verify the information and provide Admission passes and holders for the number of participants.
  • All required passes will be provided at once; partial distribution is not available.

Preparing for Your Visit to the In-Personl Exhibition

  • To avoid congestion at the reception, we kindly request advance Visitor Registration.
  • Please present the "Group Reception Form" at reception on the day. The data for the form (Excel) will be attached to the registration confirmation email. Please complete this in advance, print it out, and bring it with you.
  • If you don't bring the printed "Group Reception Form," we may need to verify your registration details at Group Reception and may ask you to complete it again on the day of your visit. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
