Please note

With an information leaflet, you cannot enter! Please register online in advance!

  • For those who have previously visited H.C.R. and wish to receive an invitation, information leaflets (A4 size) will be sent sequentially from late August. However, even if you bring this information leaflet, you cannot enter. Please register online for entry.
  • On-site registration is also available on the day of the event. However, we recommend registration in advance due to expected congestion at reception.
  • We will no longer be sending out the invitation postcards that have been sent out until 2019.

Notes upon Visitor Registration

  • Please understand that registration other than the web (such as phone, email, fax, etc.) is not accepted due to potential issues like registration errors or personal information leakage.
  • You must agree to the handling of personal information and our privacy policy when you register.
  • The site uses SSL to encrypt and transmit personal information. Please use an SSL-compatible browser.

In-Person Exhibition

Visitor Registration

  • Register by filling in the required information from "Visitor Registration" below.

  • Upon registration, a provisional registration email will be sent to the email address you provided. Click the URL in the email to complete registration.

    ※After that, you will receive a "Registration Completion" e-mail. Please be sure to confirm that you have completed the full registration process. Many people are still in the "provisional registration" state.

    ※ If you do not receive an email even after a few minutes, it may be due to security settings preventing receipt.

    Please configure your settings to receive emails from the following domain and re-register.

Printing

  • Print the Admission Pass attached to the "Registration Completed" e-mail and bring it with you to the reception on the day of the event.
  • If you lose the email, you can download the Admission Pass at "My Page" after logging into the Web-Based Exhibition.
  • If it is difficult for you to print, printing support at reception on the day of the event is also available (※ Please note that there may be congestion depending on the time).

Entry

Receive a badge holder at reception and place your Admission Pass inside. At reception, the attendant will scan the barcode on your Admission Pass for entry.

Log-in

Log in and view the Web-Based Exhibition
You can view the web-based exhibition as many times as you like at any time during the exhibition period (September 2nd through November 1st).

Regarding your visit to the In-Person Exhibition

  • Please register in advance to facilitate a smooth check-in. Please ensure you bring your "Admission Pass" issued through Visitor Registration on the day of your visit.
  • If you forget your entry pass, we will verify your registration details at the registration desk. However, if we cannot confirm your registration, you will need to re-register on the day of the event.
